To edit Crystal Reports reports you will need software by SAP. You can download and purchase a license here: https://www.crystalreports.com/download/ . The software is not for free.
Thinkwise recommends their clients to use DevExpress for reports as we offer a tool to create and edit DevExpress reports. The tool is downloadable from the Thinkwise Community Portal (TCP).

The problem is : I open the report in the SF
Now is the question, how save I the changes in the SF ?

With the 2020.2 version of the software, reports are uploaded to the database. It is not possible to edit the uploaded report. It is only possible to upload a new report. In case you wouldn't have the report anymore, you are able to download a copy of the uploaded report, but to apply changes, you will have to upload a new report.
