Hi,

We have created a lot or Roles. For example, WFP - Task - open Employee.

This Roles is needed to fully use the Module WFP. Another client does not use the WFP module, but when creating/defining the user groups, still sees all these Roles. 

How can I connect Roles to a Module? That if a client not uses (..pays for..) a certain Module, they will never see those Roles. 

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Hi Blommetje, 

You can define modules and the roles that belong to a certain module in the Software Factory.

In the Intelligent Application Manager, you can configure the available modules for an application. This will limit the available roles to be granted for that application to the selected modules.

In your case, you need to define an application per client. If the end product database is suited for multi-tenancy, you can still use the same product database for the clients. Note that application-specific configuration may apply, such as file storage configuration and system flow scheduling.

Thanks @Anne Buit  Works fine in my opinion. Of course, we still need to verify this with some consultants and environments and such, but let's assume it's smooth sailing from here on.
