Deeplink flow to goto row does not work

I’ve made a process flow and enabled deeplinking for the flow and the two parameters (available and or mandatory). I can start the flow sucessfully from the universal GUI and see the flow in debug. The weird thing is though it only executes 1 process action. So currently i have: start - activate detail - go to row - stop, but it only executes start and activate detail it skips goto row and stop. If i remove activate detail and execute the flow from within the right detail, the goto row fails. If i turn the flow into a normal start table task flow, everything works fine (and disable deeplinking).
