I would like to use a conditional format with flexible values in a cube. The numbers must shown in red if the amount is lower then the year before. I only can find conditional formatting with a fixed value. Is this possible?

You could add an expression field to the subject that indicates whether or not the amount is lower then the year before, by returning a 0 or 1 for example. Then use that field in the Condition field of the conditional formatting rule.
