Hey all,
Whenever i open packing preparation in the web gui i get this:
but when i open it in Universal or my local desktop gui it works fine.
Any idea what could be causing this?

i fixed this by changing this:
to this:
although it’s stated down below that it is possible to do it that way, in my case it gave me that error:

this is how it looks like in universal
i do have an item_stock_file_id in my item table but not item_stock_file_id_CustomGroupBy

Apologies for the late response, but glad that you found a workaround!
This should be working in the Web GUI as well, so I don't really know what caused the issue here. Might have something to do with the column order or visibility. If you run into this again, please report a ticket including reproduction steps and we will research it further.
