I have a issue with change detection on a list with conditional layout, when I check it in de Windows GUI it works but not in de Universal GUI (version 2023.3.10.1.0)

This may have something to do with a known limitation described in the referred topic.
Auto-refresh (and by extent, change detection) currently does not work in unison with auto edit. This is on the backlog to be implemented somewhere in a future release.
You can create a ticket to be kept in the loop when a release is made available in which this limitation is resolved.
