In the helptext I want to use hyperlinks to other helptext pages, so that users can easily navigate between related pages. However, the links use the application number (e.g. tsfhelp://helpindex:508/Welcome). When I omit the application number (e.g. tsfhelp://helpindex/Welcome), I found that the helptext doesn’t always use the helptext of the current application, but can instead display the helptext of a different application. Is there a way I can successfully link between helptext pages?

In addition, using the application alias produces a completely blank page :)

Hi Robin,

Feel free to create a ticket for this. Note that this feature is currently Windows UI only and may be deprecated in the future. The Windows UI is reaching the end of its’ lifecycle.

A more modern, in-app guidance experience is currently being evaluated to replace the F1-help.

@Anne Buit I am eagerly awaiting the Universal GUI alternative/implementation 😊

For now it works well enough to omit the application id from the link, because in the production environment we only have one application online… but I haven’t thoroughly tested this.
