In Windows GUI you can do an upgrade for selection / all rows in grid / all rows, in Universal GUI this option is not available. So, a user has to perform this action for each page
By the way, looking at the translation: all rows in the table suggest all rows in the DB, but it is actually all rows within context / selection. Our DB has > 200k rows for this table.
