Is there a "Windows Gui"-like application for Apple computers?

I see there is an “Indicum” app on App Store, is that one?

I’ve config it with IAM and https://192.168.0.5/indicum/iam/iam link but it does not work (the ssl certificate is not a trusted one, of course)

There are currently no plans on developing an Apple GUI of something similar.

We are moving away from native applications, hence why we have the Universal GUI. Because this is a PWA, it runs in browsers and makes the application available on basically any device. We also plan on including Model enrichments that will help developers ‘migrate’ their existing Windows/Web GUI-oriented models to Universal GUI whilst keeping most of the screen designs and such.

The Indicium app in the App store is the Mobile GUI in disguise. We do not have a dedicated iOS / Apple GUI, but you can open the Universal GUI on Apple computers and iOS devices.

Any plans to develop it?

Universal GUI is ok too, but I need to re-design some screen types to fit better in the web environment
