Is it possible to integrate a user behavior analytics tool (for example, Hotjar) with Thinkwise Universal GUI? The goal would be to track user interactions, to better understand how end users use the application.

From what I am seeing, Hotjar just needs to have a HTML <script> tag added inside of <head>.
With Google Analytics this is the same principle. I suspect it will be like this for most if not all analytics tools.
This adjustment can be done in Universals' index.html file.
It is important to note that this adjustment will have to be redone when a new Universal version is deployed.
