In this sprint, we solved some issues.

Minor fixes and tasks
- (Web GUI) In a screen with a default editable autosaved detail tab, when making changes and then immediately selecting another row in the parent grid, the changes were saved but the row was not selected. This has been fixed.
- (Web GUI) When editing in a grid with multiple drop-down columns, only the first column showed the correct data. Any subsequent drop-down list was empty. This has been fixed. All drop-down lists are now correctly updated.
- (Web GUI and Windows GUI) After an upgrade to Thinkwise Platform release 2022.1, detail tile icons were not displayed correctly. This has been fixed.
- (Windows GUI) When executing a task for multiple rows with the Popup for each row setting enabled, task parameter values in drop-down lists were not updated after each task run. This mainly happened when executing the task using the Ctrl + Enter keyboard shortcut. This has been fixed.
- (Windows GUI) If HTTP URLs were redirected to HTTPS URLs in IIS, the OAuth connector would fail. This has been fixed.
