Minor fixes and tasks

pWindows GUI] When opening an invalid URL in the Preview component, the application stopped responding. This has been fixed. Now, an error message is displayed if an URL is invalid.

pWeb GUI] If a process flow contained multiple Show message process actions, only the first message was displayed. This has been fixed.
