Release notes Windows GUI and Web GUI (2022.1.10)

In this sprint, we solved some issues.
You can read more about the Windows and Web GUI's features, in the GUI user manual. We will keep you updated regularly about the Windows and Web GUI's progress.
Minor fixes and tasks
- (Web GUI) On small monitors, e.g. a 14-inch display, HTML popup text editors were not fully displayed. This has been fixed. Now, HTML popup text editors have been changed to dynamically fill 50% of any screen.
- (Web GUI) When clicking a cell in a grid, the horizontal scroll bar moved. This has been fixed as it is not the intended behavior.
- (Web GUI) When previewing a report or exporting a report to PDF, this file was exported to the temp folder location of the local environment instead of the (intended) app_data folder of the Web GUI. This has been fixed.
