Security update

We have updated a NuGet package (Newtonsoft.Json) to the latest version to ensure that the application is up to date and to prevent any potential vulnerabilities. This should not result in any changes in behavior.

Minor fixes and tasks

• In some situations, the Save file dialog would not be shown if the file name already existed in the directory.
  This has been fixed. Now, the dialog is always shown if a user does not want to overwrite an existing file.
