🔥 Hotfix - SF 2020.1 - Fixed merge execution error on comments

While executing a merge session, it possible to get this message:

Cannot delete this row due to related ‘Comments’.

This message occurs when a control procedure that was in review, is now deleted in the branch or the trunk.

This is hotfixes in 2020.1 by temporarily removing the constraint. In 2020.2 this is fixed by changing the order in which actions are removed. Also, the constraint will be added again and incorrect data will be corrected.
