- Fixed hang in change filter step for documents that start empty

In the 2026.1.14.0 release a regression was introduced where a Change filter step in a process-flow could hang when executed on a document that initially starts empty but has a filter applied. This could cause the process-flow to stop progressing. The issue has been identified and resolved.
