It has come to our attention that the chart component of the Universal GUI shows up as a trial version. This affects all Universal GUI versions up to 2023.3.12, used with applications that leverage the chart component.
Symptoms
While the application or the chart will not cease functioning in any way, a FusionCharts Trial indicator is visible to the end-user.
Solution
We have remediated this problem immediately. You can update your Universal GUI to version 2023.3.12.1, which is available for download in TCP and the container repository.
Updating to 2023.3.12.1 not possible?
If you are still using an older version of the Universal GUI, you may not be ready or able to update to version 2023.3.12.1.
This can be due to backwards compatibility restrictions with Indicium or your Thinkwise Platform model version.
Please get in touch with your Thinkwise representative with your current Universal GUI version or submit a ticket in TCP and we will provide a hotfix version based on your current Universal GUI version.
