20220729 - Staged tables correction for DB2 control procedures

A lot of control procedures in base projects now use the staged strategy. Some of these control procedures in the DB2_BSR base project did not have a #-prefix for the temporary tables. This led to the unjustified usage of the permanent equivalents of these tables, which resulted in an error message stating that the columns 'project_id' and 'project_vrs_id' were expected.
By adding the #-prefix the tables are recognized again as temporary tables, and the error does not occur anymore.
