Add more Universal Theme options in the SF

Universal made its introduction a while back and it feels like the theme options in the SF have been forgotten. Universal themes lacks almost all theme options compared to the classic theme type.

In the latest Universal GUI release there was an update on the custom CSS. However there is little to none documentation on this. Of course it is preferred that these changes are done via the SF instead of an CSS file.

The Universal GUI could definitely use some polishing. Here's an example of a cube in both our Windows and Universal application, combined in one screenshot to illustrate the size difference.

The cube in Universal is a whole lot wider and barebones looking. Notice how there's only one size column ("3EL”) visible in Universal compared to all 7 size columns in Windows within the same screen area. Apart from that the default ordering doesn't seem to work in the Universal cube. I suspect it's ordered alphabetically rather than by (hidden) size id.

Similar differences happen in lists and forms of course. I understand that a lot can be changed via custom CSS but per the original idea I would very much like to see theming options in SF instead. Ideally they'd follow Windows theming or it should at least be possible to copy Windows theming to Universal.
