In our daily work we frequently use Snagit to create and annotate screenshots for documentation, issue tracking, and clarifications. The workflow is very efficient: capture → annotate → Ctrl+C → paste it where you need it.
However, when attaching the image in the Universal GUI, we currently need to:

Save the file locally

Open the upload dialog

Browse to the folder
-
Select and upload the file
These extra steps slow down the process, especially when adding multiple screenshots per day.
Proposal
Allow users to paste images directly from the clipboard (Ctrl+V) into an attachment or image field in the Universal GUI.
If the clipboard contains an image, the GUI should automatically upload and store it.
This behavior is already common in many modern web applications and would significantly improve usability.
