Store the Web GUI favicon in the IAM database

Since Software Factory 2020.2 almost all icons are stored in the database.

Unfortunately, the favicon is not stored in the IAM database.

It would be really nice to have all images stored in one place. This simplifies the deployment of a new web GUI too.

Please add the favicon to the IAM database

From release 2021.1.10, the Web GUI now also listens to Global Settings->Application Icon from IAM.

Notice that the ini-file setting "BrowserIcon” is still being used for the first user to login after a recycle of the web-server.
