Situation
Whenever I raise a TCP I get an email five minutes later that my ticket is ‘being assesed’. I find this e-mail quite annoying because I already know this is happening and it’s not telling me anything new.
Solution
Stop sending e-mails when a TCP is being assessed. The e-mail updating the status after the assessing should be sufficient since then I know new information.
