If you run a smart upgrade and too much is marked, then you can uncheck the too many registered prog objects via the 'manual' option. However, you cannot automatically uncheck the dependent objects.
Example: A view was checked by a word in the comment. This object was used in many views with triggers, suddenly causing large delpoyment scripts.
