When adding new columns you also have to set up data migration. There is however no indication in this screen which columns are mandatory or what the domain type is. Adding a column to show the mandatory status and domain type would make this screen easier to use without the need to switch between data model and data migration.

I'm definitely fine with the idea that it would already be helpful to see whether the column is mandatory. I'll open the idea up for voting.
