Often it makes forms more clear for endusers when labels of checkboxes are placed behind the checkbox.

In the Universal GUI this will be the default behaviour for checkboxes.
(If you really want to you can simulate this in the Windows and Web GUIs by using a virtual field with a label control, to get rid of the colon.)
