Set grid row column width based on column name

Hi,

I'd like to be able to set the grid column width to 'Header’ only. 

If I for example have name, last name, first name, and go for headers and data… there is always that one super long name that makes a mess. 

Simply displaying the column in the width set by the header makes sense to me.
