Variants have been a thing for years, then why do we still need to micro manage roles? If I have created a task I want all parameters to be available as well to the user, otherwise the task won't work. The same goes for a process flow, report, etc.

Doing this will greatly improve the usability of the software factory platform, lower the amount of errors due to missing rights and make the platform more accessible to junior developers.

Bonus points, it could possibly improve the synchronization speed as there is a less to synchronize.

This would be helpful to prevent missing role rights on tasks.
For example: When someone assigns rights on a table and includes all child table tasks (via a checkbox), only the tasks will receive rights. The task parameters do not.

If you choose to include all table tasks you would expect that all task parameters will also receive rights.

On one part I agree, as managing the rights always ends up a last thing to do.

But it would also be a big improvement to make them directly visible when developing, not always needing the additional menu options. They are already more visible in model overview, it would help to have a user rights tab next to the performance tab on everything, so when you go to a subject you can just see the user rights for roles, next to the columns, the interface could aggregate the user rights in a string, so that you can quickly scan who kas access without going somewhere else.
