You can assign a work item to an employee. But unfortunately you can't unassign a work item. We'd like to see that this gets added, so that we can use this to better see which work is ready, and which work items are still available.

You can unassign a work item by leaving the Developer id empty in the 'Assign work item’ task and then executing the task:

Haha, I'm sorry, I didn't get that. It was so easy. I thought that since it was a dropdown (and there was no option in the dropdown to deselect) that you could not unassign the item. The solution was so close… Thank you for your answer.
