In a discussion at the customer it came up that their current software supports opening menu items by selecting a function key (like F2 opens the Search engine).
Looking at the Software Factory, I don't see an option to do so. There is an option to assign shortkeys to Tasks but it's not possible to assign them to Menu items.
Could this idea be implemented?

As an addition, if you assign a short key to a task, and add this in the menu, the shortcut will be ignored, it would be great if this work as well.
