multiple menu themes

I would like to have the abillity to make more themes for Universal. 
because i have a scanner menu and a back office menu which i for example would like to give diffrent colors/images. 

So i would like make a Theme Universal - deafult menu: scanner → red with white background 
but also a theme Universal → defeault menu: back office → blue with picture 

And i know the option exists within the IAM to change this per person. However i would also like to be able to switch between menu’s as a certain envoirment change.
