Multi line in grid

For several purposes it can be wishful to to have a multi-line field in the grid. 
It can save space on your forms if you can see the full text of a memo field at once in the grid.
At this moment only one line is displayed and it can not be line-wrapped.

So I would suggest to create this feature.

      Using HTML is an option, but then filter is dramatic. So, give this more priority!
