Make Launch Application also perform a refresh model

The launch application option in 2026.1 does not do a full refresh model.
I’m not sure what it does exactly but it seems to load the menu and screen but not the new data model. 

I would opt to always perform a full refresh model when using launch application. Since you want to see the application in it’s current state, not in some half cached state.
