When a user applies filters only a small icon on the column where the filter is applied notifies the user that a filter is applied. The values of the filter are not clear. This makes it hard for a user to quickly determine if the current filter is the right filter in the list. With a filter values bar this could be made visually very clear for a user and saves user a lot of frustration when they forgot about a filter and can’t find the items they are looking for.
