I find the filter on the Object type column on the Merging > Active conflicts screen in SF a bit clunky to use: the list under the filter button (the funnel icon) contains dozens, if not hundreds, of options. There's no search field, and the list doesn't respond to typing the first letter. So I can only scroll and visually look for the object type I need.
The list also includes options that don't appear on my screen. I'd suggest adding a search field and/or limiting the list to values that would yield at least 1 search result if this filter were the only column filter applied.
