When working with the Windows GUI there's a Help button in the top right of the application. This gets its data from the Model. While it's very handy to have this functionality, when it's not set up and thus does not contain any content, it might confuse the user.
I of course recommend every developer to fill the helptexts with information the user might need and answer the questions that might raise during usage.
