Comments are essential to refine a work item. I'm aware there is a section 'Discussion’, but this is too limited in our view. Possibilities that we'd like to see are:
- possibility to mention other employees (that get notified via mail)
- possibility to follow a work item (meaning you automatically get notified of updates made)
- possibility to respond to the comments of others
- possibility to format your comment (f.i. to distinct code from regular text)
