  • Good improvement that tickets which require user action are only counted for the badge now and are default sorted on top.

  • Please add the ‘Product’ field (Universal/SF/IAM/etc.) back to the grid, this helps with finding an issue when you don’t remember the title.

  • After executing the ‘Annulering beoordelen’ task, an issue stays visible with status ‘Opgelost’ while the prefilter ‘Gesloten tickets verbergen’ is active. For example ticket 14568i.

  • ‘Activiteit’ and ‘Commentaar’ are a bit confusing/redundant:
    • In ‘Activiteit’ I see the whole conversation, but the Add button doesn’t work (all fields are read-only/hidden). My expectation was that I could add a ‘Commentaar’ line here.
    • In ‘Commentaar’ I only see a small part of the conversation. For example messages that are written when the issues switches status between 'In behandeling' and 'Reactie gewenst' are missing.

  • The default screentype could be improved if it shows the form below/next to the grid. So you could see the ‘Toelichting’ when browsing through the issues without extra clicking. I am currently using the Master-detail screentype myself. If this is changed, a bit smaller grid height would be appreciated too.

  • When I use the ‘Kopieren’ button to create a new ticket, I cannot edit the ‘Toelichting’.

Also with the new status workflow, for the ‘To proces’ status there is no differentiation for

  • when a ticket is being checked if it is complete/reproduceable before being put on the backlog.
  • when a ticket is actually being implemented in the current sprint.

It would help a lot for expectation management if these could be named differently so we know what will (most likely) be solved in the next release and what could take a while.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed all the points you mentioned, and we are pleased to say that several of them are already being addressed.

  • Add product field
    Accepted.
This feature will be available soon.

  • Status “Opgelost”
    Accepted.
    This bug has been solved.

  • “Activiteit” and “Commentaar” are a bit confusing/redundant
    Change.
We agree and a change has been registered to improve clarity.

  • Default screen type
    Rejected.
We have intentionally chosen this setup because it best fits our preferred workflow. Fortunately, users can still change the screen type according to their own preference.

  • “Kopiëren” button
    Rejected.
This button will be disabled to ensure tickets are registered completely and accurately with the correct and current information, and to prevent incorrect or outdated data from being copied.

  • New status workflow
    Change.
We will add a checkbox to indicate whether reproduction was successful. By default, this option will be disabled in the grid, but it can be enabled on the client side.
Additionally, an activity will be registered when a ticket is planned into a sprint and you will be notified by email.

Kind regards,

Leroy
