Element value tooltip not visible

I see how tooltips for domain elements can be valuable.

We do have to take into account that the column itself may already have a tooltip. This may conflict with the element tooltip, as you don’t want two tooltips.

Note that there are various other places where domain elements are visualized. Breadcrumbs, cube dimensions, grid column values, available elements in comboboxes, etc. We’d have to take this into account as well.

A client has the need for this tooltip to be working/shown correctly because we need to show more context since screenspace is limited.
