On mobile devices it is hard for a user to make choices from a combo list. Because the screen is small, it is difficult to open the list (clicking on the triangle) or the icon next to it.
Some lists do not require the user to type in part or all of a potential choice. The list of possible choices is limited, so picking from a list (box0 works well.
The easiest for the user would be if the full text (the orange part of the image) is clickable, which will open a popup.
The triangle should then be suppressed.
