We have a few indexes in our application where due to the keys and ordering it is required to adjust the fill rates of the index to avoid instantaneous fragmentation when any record is added.
Currently we have solved this with some after upgrade scripts but it would be convenient to be able to set this as a parameter on the index within the SF model.
