When creating DEV/ACC applications in the IAM, it’s mainly a copy of already existing applications to have the authorizations already in place.
As we usually have the (in our case the 2) ‘default application’ on the top, it would like to keep them at the top and newly added applications should always be on the bottom.
Suggestion to do a MAX on the 'order_no’ and add 10 to it in the default when copying the application.
