Button to Expand/Collapse all items in Resource tree view - Resource scheduler

With the implementation of below Idea we’ve also made sure the Scheduler listens to the Expand/Collapse all buttons in the Action bar. NOTE: by default these buttons are in the Overflow menu of the Action bar, but by editing the Default Action bar or using a Custom Action bar you can decide to show these buttons on the Action bar itself for a Scheduler screen with hierarchy (they only show on screens where hierarchy is involved).
