The idea is:

When i remove a template from assignment I want to be able to deploy the change to the database without doing a full creation.

Can you explain the use case for this?

When removing one of several assigned templates you can deploy from the functionality screen without running a full creation.
When removing the last assigned template you don’t use the code anymore. For example when removing the last assigned default template you already manually deactivated the default code. So for the time being there is no problem with there being a default template until the full creation is deployed.

For example when I remove the last template from this control procedure the template is still on my database. When i’m still working on functionality for this screen I will have to do a full creation or search for a other control procedure to deploy the changes.
