Allow for individual column/table creation

Having to go through the entire creation process when just adding 1 column is a bit overkill. Same goes for adding a new table. This could work the same way a view or task is created from functionality. I understand the problems that can be introduced with this feature. So perhaps this option should not be available by default but only be available for senior developers, hidden in a parameter setting.
