Allow IAM/SF download of hotfixes using indicium

Since sometime we have the option to see the available hotfixes. But you still have to download them manually. It would be very helpful if there was the option to add a task in the hotfixes menu. On executing this task indicium get's a signal to download the missing hotfixes which can then be deployed from the hotfixes menu.
