If you have no platform set up in Project versions the application when run against the SF gives you this error:
Error while opening 'get_gui_translations_nav':
The stored procedure 'get_gui_translations_nav' doesn't exist.
Since this error gives the user no clue what to do. Add a validation: No platform set up in Project version.
