It would be a nice feature to have the possibility to see all unit tests linked to a control procedure when reviewing the procedure. So you can execute all unit tests that belong to the procedure and detect if unit tests return errors.

Just an extra tab page in the ‘Code review’ screen would suffice. CRUD actions are not necessary. Only the unit test grid, the task to execute the unit tests and the results of the executions.
Tab page could be hidden when no unit tests exists or always visible with a badge (counting the amount of unit tests for the selected procedure).
