In a process flow you can choose different actions, like activate form and activate grid, but you cannot choose to active a card list, we are missing this because in some situations we only show the card list and the form, and not a grid, and we want to send the user back to the “overview” which in this case is a card list.

Can someone give an update on this?

Or can it be done with a work around?

We now mostly use card lists instead of grids in de Universal UI.

Or can it be done with a work around?

From what I can read from the source code, the Activate Grid process action will try and find a Cardlist if a Grid is not present in the screen type.

Mark,
Thanks for your swift response.
But unfortunately this does not seem to work (i'm using 2023.3)

Hi Eric,

From the history of the code, there was an issue with it which was resolved in Universal GUI version 2024.3.12.0. This may be newer than the version you are currently using which could explain why it does not work properly.
