When the platform software isn’t working as it should, you can submit a ticket. The fastest way to get your support tickets resolved is to provide us with as much detail as possible. Besides product and version information you must include the steps to reproduce the issue. We cannot help you with bugs we cannot reproduce.In addition, you can use screen recording to demonstrate the problem and add a video to the Support Ticket.
