Hello Phil, Does it work as expected if you define your ‘Procent’ cube field like this? Note: the [Afkeur] and [Productie] strings are references to other cube fields. These references are made by placing the upper camelcase version of the cube field id between square brackets. So afkeur becomes [Afkeur] and my_cube_field becomes [MyCubeField]. If so, then your second question should be answered as well as it should automatically recalculate the value when you filter the data set. I hope this helps. An update on this, it turns out that this:Note: the [Afkeur] and [Productie] strings are references to other cube fields. These references are made by placing the upper camelcase version of the cube field id between square brackets. So afkeur becomes [Afkeur] and my_cube_field becomes [MyCubeField].does not work. my_cube_field only works as my_cube_field instead of MyCubeField. @Robbert van Tongeren wanted me to make this update so here we are.
Well, after calculating the average, median, range etc I came to the conclusion it’s showing me the maximum. Seeing as that is 0.118, which rounded up is 0.12 So I’m setting this to average:And then it does the trick. So for me this is solved.Thank you for your help!
I’m on an older version so I had it as (Sum (t1.afkeur) / Sum (t1.productie)) *100.0 but I tried it your way and that doesn’t work. Well, it does work, as in it calculates something the result for the percentage just isn’t right. When looking at the image in my first comment the total percentage is 0.06 yet this method gives me 0.12Although while before I could say it just added all the percentages I don’t really know how it gets that 0.12 now...
This can be closed. I solved it eventually. For some reason it worked when I made the barcode a primary key. Why this solves it, I do not know. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Hi Phil, There's an alternative way of achieving the use of Subreports for Windows GUI 2-tier (without Indicium). You can insert the subreport as a separate Report in your Software Factory project. This will ensure that the GUI caches the Report and the Subreport in the same folder, making it available for the Report to use. The suggestion above is also something you can look into. Hope it helps 😄 Offering native support for subreports is something we have to look into, so I'll open the idea. Sorry for the late reply, I was on holiday. But thank you for your answer I’ll look in to it once I’ve worked my way through a gazillion e-mails 😅
Therefore the process action cannot be used inside process flows. Any reason why and if this might change in the future? Since I still would like to generate a report as PDF and write the file.
Only Indicium can run this process action But we have things running with indicium
I did every step like described here but with the Generate Report option and I write it to a local path (which worked before) and now I get a “GenerateReport is not supported in the Windows or Web gui” error. What could cause this? gui: 2022.1.16.0
We had a Thinwise rep over at our place a while ago and we made a plan for a complete overhaul of the system in the coming weeks so we put this off for a bit
Ok, I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks
